Chairmans interaction with students

NITIE Mumbai was honoured to host student interaction session with Mr Shashi Kiran Shetty, Chairman BOG addressing the students of NITIE. The discussion was centred around

1. Investing in Human Resource and empowering people
2. Focus on process improvements and strengthening industry relations.
3. Diverse ways to achieve excellence and importance of building up the system, thus the organisation together.
4. Importance of managing time. As one devoted productive time to the organisation building, it is equally important to find time for self development, fitness and also most importantly for family.
